Return & Refund Policy
Genovix Pharma
Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, Genovix Pharma follows strict quality and safety regulations regarding returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received in a damaged or broken condition
- Incorrect product supplied
- Product delivered past its expiry date
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Batch number, invoice copy, and photographic evidence must be provided
- Temperature-sensitive products must show evidence of cold-chain breach (if applicable)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Temperature-sensitive products once delivered in acceptable condition
- Customized, special-order, or export-specific consignments
4. Inspection & Approval
All returned products are subject to physical inspection and quality verification by Genovix Pharma. Approval or rejection of return requests shall be at the sole discretion of the company.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or adjusted against future invoices
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Genovix Pharma
6. Right of Refusal
Genovix Pharma reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
